It is very easy, you can make it in 10 mins. Follow the instruction below:

Sign up for an App Engine account. Then sign in to “Create an Applicaton” and you need to leave a cell phone no. to get the SMS verification. After the verfication, you need to name your website (ABC) as the identifier, your web site will be ABC.appspot.com.
Download the App Engine SDK.
Download and install Python 2.5 for your platform fromhttp://python.org/download

Opeen app.yaml(in /ABC) by NOTEPAD,rewrite the first line application:ABC.
