But it doen’s mean you can not register one if you are not in U.S.  In my previous post Register Google Voice outside United States , you can know how to register it by Gtalk and VirtualPhoneOnline.

Now I found the better way to usGizmo which can replace Gtalk and  VirtualPhoneOnline. It is very easy. You just need to go to the website of Gizmo and register one free account. Then you can use Gizmo No. to activate the google voice accout.

By using Gizmo, you can dial the extension no when you make a call. If you use Gtalk, it is no way to dial the extension No.
